Cancellation Policy
Notice Period: Cancel at least 3 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged.
Final Billing: Cancellations made within 3 days of renewal may incur a final charge.
Member Access: Enjoy full benefits until the end of your paid billing cycle.
No Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months of service.
How to Cancel with PayPal Account
Submit your request via your online account dashboard or email support.
Log In: Go to your PayPal Dashboard and log into your account.
Open Settings: Click the Settings gear icon in the top right corner of the page.
Go to Payments: Click on the Payments tab in the top menu bar.
Manage Automatic Payments: Click the Manage automatic payments button.
Select the Merchant: Find and click on our business name in the left sidebar.
Cancel Billing: Click the Cancel button next to "Status" and confirm your choice.
Reactivation: You can rejoin at any time, subject to current membership pricing.
How to Cancel without PayPal Account
Email admin@aprilacarter.com and enter LOUNGE CANCELLATION in the subject line. Include the email address used to register. Your cancellation request will be completed within 24 hours
Contact PayPal Support: Call or message PayPal Support directly. Provide them with the transaction ID, charge amount, and merchant name (April A. Carter, Limited Liability Co) from your bank statement so an agent can manually break the billing agreement.
